NJCS名古屋日本文化研究会では参加者の皆様に社交、文化の活動を促進する機会の提供を目的とし、様々なイベントを企画していきます。

 

参加資格

・基本的には年齢等の制限はありませんが、イベントによって年齢制限（小学生以不可等）を設ける場合があります。

 

申込について

・ホームページのイベント情報からお申込みください。事前申込を原則とします。申込フォームには参加者名、携帯番号、メールアドレスへの入力が必要です。

 

参加者の注意事項

・団体行動時は主催者の指示に従うようお願いします。　団体行動のモラルが守れない方は主催者の判断で即時退場をお願いすることがあります。

・イベント参加前の体調管理には十分お気をつけください。　万一体調不良でキャンセルする場合は必ずメール又は電話でその旨を連絡願います。

・基本的に有料イベントは当日集金とさせていただきますが、イベントによってはチケットを事前購入いただく場合があります。一旦購入されたチケットは払い戻し出来ませんのでお気をつけください。

・集金に関してはイベント毎に方法を連絡します。

 

中止について

・天候不良等でやむを得ず中止する場合、前日までにホームページ上で連絡します。

 

免責事項

・レジャー保険を付保していませんので、主催者はイベント中のけがや事故について一切責任を負いません。活動に伴い生じた事故については参加者の自己責任とします。

・個人間のトラブルに関しては、責任を負いかねます。予めご承知おきください。

NJCS event participation rules

 

NJCS (Nagoya Japan Cultural Society) will offer opportunities for you to join cultural events and make international communication.

 

Entry qualifications:

Everyone is welcome to join and attend our events and learn about Japanese culture. However,

we ask that you please follow the rules that we make for each event. For example, we will might set an age limit to attend, over 12 years old.

 

Resister:

You can resister and find event information on the NJCS homepage. 

Please resister in advance and fill out the form. 

 

Note:

・Be sure to follow the NJCS tour leader.

・Take care of your health condition before attending the evet. If you can’t attend the event, please cancel it as soon as possible.

・We will collect the participation fee on the event day, depending on the event. 

  We may sell the tickets for the performance shows in advance. Please understand that once you buy a ticket, we can not refund it.

・We will announce how we will collect the money for each event on our website.

 

Cancellation: 

In the case of bad weather, we will announce the cancellation one day before on the website.
