岩村城ハイキング／Hiking trip to Iwamura castle

 

名古屋日本文化研究会（略称NJCS　Nagoya Japan Cultural Society）は来る５月１２日（日）日本100名城の一つである岩村城ハイキングを開催します。JR中央線恵那駅から明智鉄道に乗り換え岩村駅からお城まで往復約5キロを３時間かけて散策しながら観光します。

途中岩村城下町で有名なお蕎麦、五平餅でランチを取り日本のマチュピチュと言われる岩村城址を見て城下町に戻ります。城下町ではお酒の造り酒屋で試飲も可能、季節のいい時期、ハイキングを兼ねて岐阜県東農地区の風情のある城下町散策を楽しみませんか？

 

タイムスケジュール

集合場所、時間　午前８時２０分　JR名古屋駅中央口金時計前に集合

午前８時４６発中央線快速電車で向かいます。

午前９時５５分恵那駅到着、午前10時17分発明智鉄道に乗り換え、岩村駅午前1０時４７分到着、岩村駅より岩村城下に向けハイキング、城下町で有名なローカルフードの蕎麦店でランチ、また五平餅もこの地の名物で食べ歩きもできます。ランチタイムの後、岩村城址を目指しハイキング、途中休憩も挟み，3時間ほど岩村に滞在、帰り道城下で造り酒屋も立ち寄ります。試飲、ショッピングを楽しんだ後、岩村駅に向かい帰路に着きます。

午後３時３７分明智鉄道岩村駅発、恵那駅午後4時4分到着、

JR恵那駅午後4時31分発、名古屋駅午後５時３８分着、解散します。

 

予算　約４，５００円、交通費３，２４０円　プラス　ランチ代、お土産代。

Nagoya Japan Cultural Society (NJCS) organizes one-day hiking trip to Iwamura castle in Ena Gifu prefecture on Sunday May 12th.

Iwamura castle is one of the Japan 100 famous castles. It’s a highest castle in Japan, but there is no castle tower. We can see beautiful stone walls, they say it’s Japan’s Machu Picchu. We are going there by JR train and Akechi tetsudou line. We will go on a hike from nearest station Iwamura sta to the ruin. We will have local food for lunch at soba restaurant. Of course, there are some delicious local food shops and Sake brewery. You can try to drink there.

We will enjoy free time there. 

 

Time schedule 

Meeting up at Gold clocks of JR Nagoya station is 8:25am

Departure time at Nagoya station is 8:46am bound for Ena.

Arrival time at Ena station is ９:55am, then change the train to Akechi tetsudo line Iwamura station.

Departure time at Akechi tetsudo Ena station is 10:17 am

Arrival time at Iwamura station is 10:47 am.

We are going on a hike for 3 hours. On the way to the castle, we’ll have lunch at Soba noodle restaurant. After lunch we are going to the castle. 

After enjoying the castle ruin area, we are going back to Iwamura town. There are some souvenir shops and Sake brewery. You can try to drink sake. We will have free time there.

Departure time at Iwamura station is 3:37pm

Arrival time at Ena station is 4:04pm.

Departure time at Ena station bond for Nagoya is 4:31pm.

Arrival time at Nagoya station is 5:38pm.

 

Estimated Cost is 4,500 yen. Transportation fee from Nagoya is 3,240yen, plus lunch fee.
